We started Grumpy Bear because we were tired of compromise. Truck campers were either heavy, rot-prone wood-framed boxes or flimsy shells that couldn't handle real adventure. We knew fiberglass offered the answer — lightweight, rot-free, low maintenance.
So we started building them ourselves. By hand. In Ohio. Every Grumpy Bear camper comes from the same shop, built by the same people you'll talk to when you call. No assembly line. No dealer network standing between you and the builders.
