When you place an order you will be required to submit a $1000 refundable deposit that is applied to the total. This will secure your place in the build queue and begin the communication process. We will contact you to finalize your unit design. Once that is finalized we will contact you to secure the refundable 50% deposit to order parts. Once the unit begins the build process we will secure the final payment and inform you of the next steps including pickup.
Arctos S1 units: 3-4 months from finalized design to completion. Custom builds vary based on complexity - expect 4-6 months for most custom work. We'll give you a specific timeline during the design phase. Build queue position depends on deposit date, so earlier deposits get earlier slots.
Our strong preference is that you come to the shop to pick up your camper. This allows us to walk you through everything and give us the opportunity to try to address any concerns you may have at that point. That said, we do work with an RV freight company that would be able to deliver your camper to you if that's what you need.
Component manufacturers cover their own parts (fridge, furnace, AC, etc.). For our workmanship and construction: Arctos S1 gets 1 year coverage; custom builds get 2 years. We stand behind what we build - if something's off, we'll make it right.
While we believe that we can provide the best service, we understand that there may be situations where it is not feasible to return to our shop. In those cases (with preauthorization) we will work with you to find a dealer or mobile service technician to take care of any covered warranty work at our cost.

Arctos S1: Designed for mid-size trucks like Ford Ranger and Toyota Tacoma. Custom builds: We design and build for any truck - short bed, long bed, heavy duty, or mid-size. Tell us what you drive and we'll make it fit.
All standard units come with a ratcheting strap system to utilize the tie down points inside the truck bed. We strongly recommend a rubber mat in your bed for the camper to sit on.
